Our Farmer Toolkit has helped many farmers implement fair labor practices on their farms. The templates, sample language, strategies, policies, plans, guidance, and resources can help your farm stay rooted in respect, fairness, transparency, and teamwork. These resources have been collected from many generous family and community farms across the US, as well as experts in policy, legal obligations, and farmer trainings. These resources can especially help those farms working to comply with Food Justice Certification standards, but they will also help farms who are not specifically seeking certification.
