This summer farms across the country have been besieged by wildfire smoke, many of them for the first time. The AJP has compiled resources for farms trying to keep their people safe in poor air quality. Check out AJP’s new wildfire smoke safety plan, a step-by-step plan for how to prepare for and respond to smoke conditions. This safety plan is now a part of our extensive Health & Safety Plan Template, which is a great tool for writing a safety plan catered to your farm operation. It’s also featured on our page for emerging threats to farm health and safety.
