The Biden administration’s Department of Labor just issued a final rule rescinding Trump administration changes to DOL guidance and clarifying who counts as an employee and who counts as an independent contractor. We’ve updated our guidance to match and linked to the DOL’s updated fact sheet.

We’ve also uploaded the full text of AJP’s 2019 Social Stewardship Standards to the toolkit for handy reference and accessibility.
